IMPORTANT: Refund policies can be a challenge. Balancing the needs of Conclave attendees with the commitments that come as part of offering a large-scale event, requires a delicate balance. With the goals of protecting the faithful supporters of Conclave AND ensuring the high quality of the conference, the following refund and cancellations policies have been established. A full refund will be given to those that cancel prior to December 10. Those wishing to cancel between December 10 and January 10 will have to option of receiving a 50% refund or transferring their registration to the next year’s event. Only the transfer option will be available to those wishing to cancel after January 10. Also, Conclave is a rain-or-shine event. This means the weather conditions in the local communities of those registered, cannot alter refund/cancellation policies.
