What is Conclave?

CONCLAVE- A meeting or coming together of people with common goals.
Conclave is a training and worship event for youth ministers, youth leaders, and their spouses for the purpose of training, fellowship and worship! Conclave attendees experience over 50 hours of quality training, fellowship, worship & breakouts led by some of the best youth ministry leaders and practitioners around! Conclave is a joint event planned and organized by the Baptist State Conventions of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Tennessee. Annually over 1,000 people converge on the Chattanooga Convention Center for Conclave. The 2018 Conclave will be held in at the Chattanooga Convention Center located in downtown Chattanooga, TN on January 25-27, 2018.

Why should I exhibit at Conclave?

Exhibitors have told us that they love coming to Conclave year after year because they are able to have deeper conversations and make more lasting connections with attendees than at any other event they attend! With an average of 1,000 attendees from across the Southeast, Conclave is a great way to network and advertise your business, company or ministry. Our Exhibit Hall is easily accessible for load in and is conveniently located just down the hallway from all the main stage sessions and breakout sessions.

Booth Spaces

All Booths – Includes 2 exhibitor name badges per booth space, 2 chairs, pipe and drape, one 8ft skirted table, and one wastebasket. Single Booths are 8 by 10 ft in dimension. In addition, your organization’s contact information will be included in the Conclave Program that each attendee receives.

End Cap Booths – Double size booth with only 8 end cap spaces available. Don’t delay if you want these premium spots.

Premiere Sponsor

Includes stage time and video shown during large session, prime spot in the exhibit hall, full page color ad, logo on the back cover of the program, a list of all the attendees contact information as provided in the exhibit hall, 2 booths (additional booth options), chair drop in the main worship center and other benefits. Ad Space

All ads are printed in full color and will be printed in the Conclave program that will be handed out to all Conclave attendees. If you reserve ad space, you will be contacted with details about ad specs and due dates.

EXHIBIT HALL GIVE-AWAY – $200

Exhibitors may pay an additional $200 to help purchase special giveaways to be given away in the Exhibit Hall each time the Exhibit Hall is open. All attendees will have an opportunity to complete and information card and place it in the large tumbler located in the back of the Exhibit Hall. As a contributing exhibitor, you will receive within 10 business days an excel spreadsheet of all the contact information of each attendee who registers. Of course, you can do your own giveaways in your exhibit booth. On Saturday morning, we will be glad to announce your giveaway which should be picked up at your booth.

EXHIBIT HALL GREEN ROOM

Inside the Exhibit Hall, there will be a special place set aside for exhibitors to grab a snack and prop your feet up.

EXHIBIT HALL NAME TAGS

Every person who will be working in your booth MUST have an Exhibitor name badge. Please supply these names on your registration form. Each exhibitor is limited to 3 additional name tags, not including the 2 main exhibitor name tags. Any additional names can be added when you arrive to set-up. Every person must have a name badge.

Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Any Exhibitor cancellations before January 5, 2018 will be refunded up to half of their registration fees. There will be no refunds after January 5, 2018.
