Creating a Culture of Disciplemaking in Student Ministry
What does a healthy student ministry look like? As youth pastors, we need to be asking that question about the students we are called to shepherd. The reason is because student ministry has changed drastically. What “worked” 10 years ago doesn’t “work” anymore, and while ministry may look different, the mission is the same. We are commanded to go and make disciples of all nations. In this breakout – we’ll look into the changing landscape of student ministry and how to create a culture of equipping and raising students to become disciple-makers.
