Passing the Baton: Effective Transitions from Youth to College Ministry
The senior year of high school is one of the most pivotal seasons in a student’s spiritual journey. Many young people walk away from their faith during the first year of college, not because they stop believing but because no one helped them connect the dots between youth ministry and campus ministry. This breakout will equip youth pastors with practical strategies to prepare students for life and faith beyond graduation. Together, we will explore how to build intentional partnerships with parents, local churches, and college ministries and how to disciple students toward ownership of their faith before they leave home. You will walk away with tools and ideas to pass the baton well, so that your graduates not only survive college but also thrive as lifelong disciples of Jesus.
