Leading Through Pastoral Change

When the senior pastor at a church leaves, it can often be a tough situation for the remaining members of the ministerial staff. Even with a degree of uncertainty, those experiences can be a time of personal and ministry growth for the remaining staff. We will examine how to navigate various situations staff members may encounter and how to utilize those experiences to lead the church toward growth and healing. We will also explore how to determine whether remaining staff members should stay or seek another place of ministry.
