Large Church Roundtable: Building an Effective Dashboard (Evaluating Gauges for Success in Student Ministry)

While every ministry tracks obvious metrics (attendance, baptisms, new members, etc), many underlying metrics paint a picture of ministry health and sustainable growth. We all have a “dashboard” of gauges that inform our ministry decisions and points of emphasis. In this breakout, we will explore how intentional gauges that measure the right things not only help us define reality but also provide a clear picture of effective ministry programs, processes, and practices.
