Bi-vocational/Volunteer-Led Student Ministry

Bi-vocational and volunteer student ministers in smaller churches often face the same issues that others face in larger, full-time settings. These issues are often magnified because of a lack of resources and volunteers. Added to this is balancing a full-time job and family while battling the stigma that you may not be as educated or committed as a full-time ministry professional. We will offer encouragement and discuss practical ways you and your church’s ministry can thrive and grow.
