Shepherding a Student Ministry

Ministry can feel overwhelming. We’re all busy, and sometimes it seems like we’re still falling behind. This session will talk about how to bring things back to the basics, what it means to truly shepherd students. We’ll look at how strategy and structure can grow out of that calling to care for people, not just run programs.
